These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Watermark For You mobile application (including Free, Pro, and Ad-Free versions, collectively referred to as the "Application"), created and operated by Recode2Tech ("we", "us", or "Service Provider").
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and run the Application on compatible mobile devices for your personal or lawful commercial business purposes (such as watermarking product photos, promotional graphics, or photography portfolios).

You retain full ownership, copyrights, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights in and to any photos, images, logos, graphics, brand assets, signatures, and custom text stamps that you import, edit, or export using the Application.
The Service Provider does not claim any ownership, title, or interest in your photos or watermarked creations. Because processing occurs offline and locally on your device, the Service Provider does not host, store, view, or distribute your media.
The Service Provider retains all exclusive rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including its underlying source code, user interface design, branding, trademarks, icons, and pre-packaged default fonts or graphic elements provided within the app. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the Application's underlying software.

The Application incorporates certain third-party software development kits (SDKs) to facilitate advertising, crash monitoring, and billing. Each third-party provider operates under its respective terms and privacy policies:

While the core watermark editing functions operate 100% offline without an active network connection, features such as advertisement loading, crash reporting, and purchase restoration require internet connectivity.
The Service Provider may issue updates from time to time via official app marketplaces to add features, fix bugs, or maintain compatibility with new operating system releases. We recommend keeping your app updated to ensure optimal stability and security.
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
While we strive for pixel-perfect image rendering and high reliability, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your original, unwatermarked photographs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Service Provider, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, profits, or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Application.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service Provider from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms or infringement of any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
If and to the extent the Application falls within the scope of the European Union Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, "DSA"), the Service Provider designates r2t.support@gmail.com as its single point of contact for direct communications with EU authorities, member state regulators, and users.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider concerning your use of the Application.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When updates are published, the revised version will be made available on this page with an updated "Effective Date". Continued use of the Application following any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
