These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the PDF Image Converter mobile application (along with any Free, Pro, or Ad-Free versions, collectively referred to as the "Application"), created and operated by Recode2Tech ("we", "us", or "Service Provider").
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Application on your mobile device for personal or internal business purposes.

You retain full ownership, copyrights, and all other rights to any PDF documents, images, scans, and files you import, convert, or export using the Application.
Because all conversions occur locally on your device, the Service Provider does not upload, store, inspect, or retain copies of your documents or files.
The Service Provider retains all exclusive rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including its source code, user interface, branding, trademarks, logos, and documentation. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use our trademarks or logos without permission.
You agree not to use the Application to convert or distribute documents that infringe third-party copyrights, contain malware, or violate applicable local, national, or international laws.
The Application utilizes third-party software development kits (SDKs) to support app functionality, crash reporting, and advertising. Each service provider operates under its own terms:
Provides core Android system infrastructure and app distribution.
Google Play Terms of Service →Serves advertisements within the free version of the Application.
AdMob Terms & Conditions →Collects anonymous technical crash reports to aid in bug fixes and system stability.
Firebase Crashlytics Terms →The Application may offer in-app purchases (such as upgrading to the PRO / Ad-Free version):
Core document conversion and image generation functions operate entirely offline. However, features such as loading advertisements, submitting crash reports, and validating in-app purchases require an active internet connection.
We may issue updates periodically via official app stores to improve performance, add new features, or maintain compatibility with new Android operating system versions.
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to ensure fast, reliable, and error-free document conversion, the Service Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We recommend always keeping backups of your original documents and photos.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider against any claims or liabilities arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Application.
To the extent applicable under the European Union Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, "DSA"), the Service Provider designates r2t.support@gmail.com as its single point of contact for direct communications with EU authorities and users.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider concerning your use of the Application. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date". Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
